STAR WARS: AGE OF REPUBLIC - QUI-GON JINN #1 Review! (My 1,400th Review!)

A lot of very interesting stuff is presented here, but it just makes me wish this wasn't a one-shot and we got more Qui-Gon Jinn; he is a character still highly unexplored. Jody Houser did a pretty good job with this one. I liked the art by Cory Smith and company.

The issue begins with a Mistress of the Wood being saved on her Homeworld, and being taken to Coruscant; so they people after her trees can't do anything for now. What the Mistress says to Qui-Gon about the Jedi supposed to be great warriors makes him question the Force. Qui-Gon goes off to explore and hopefully get some answers; the Force leads him to a chartered, un-designated planet. On this planet, Qui-Gon learns that their purpose is to strive for balance in the Galaxy.

This was a good read. Can't wait to read more of these one-shots!
