Born in '66, I got my first comics in '75 from a newsagents shop in Wood Green, London. First comics - from a spinner rack - were Shazam #15, Superman #285/286 and Action Comics #444/446. Regular 25c comics were 10p, 100-Pagers at 60c were 25p.
Comic collector since 1986. First comic Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. Now a lover of Geoff Johns, Jeff Lemire, Brian K Vaughan, Greg Rucka, Tom King, Ed Brubaker, Warren Ellis, Jason Aaron, Terry Moore, Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, Mark Millar and more.
