Uncanny X-Men #4
December 6th, 2018
This review contains spoilers. Proceed at your own risk.

This issue didn’t have quite the same pop as the last two, but it was still amazing.

From the start of the issue we get this fantastic scene where Armor is protecting the team from debris while Jean projects their deaths in the field. Then we get the introduction of X-Man and the display of his powers. This was really well done. Then seeing how the less experience X-Men are driven to learn more from Legion. I feel like this was a packed issue. I’m still firmly on board this story arc and this new uncanny X-Men!

Agreed! I also wonder how the challenging of traditional XMen education is going to play out. I can see both sides of the argument, so that is going to be, perhaps, a strong ribbon of contention through the whole story.

I'm totally with you. I love this conflict because, as you say, both sides of the argument are completely relatable. It's just excellent writing.
