Mister Miracle TP

This was really great. I read this a month ago, and I still think about it. Works on a lot of levels. Mister Miracle has a strange subduedness / disengagedness about him that is easily mistaken for depression, but it isn't quite that (despite first issue / chapter). Just really interesting read, and as already mentioned in discussions, very open to interpretation which is what makes it interesting.

Loved It

This is legitimately one of my favorite comics I’ve ever read. Up there with Batman Year One, All-Star Superman, etc.

If you have not read his The Vision... It's a must read.

I have, it’s great as well. I think Mister Miracle is better but it’s really a game of inches.

Vision is on my shelf, waiting for its turn. I picked up a lot of trades at last year's black friday sale, and I'm still going through them.

Put that Vision on the top of the pile. It is so good.

Yeah, but you don't know what else is on the pile:

    Sheriff of Babylon

Jack Kirby's Mister Miracle (almost done, getting a little tired of it)

    Black Science

    Monstress vol. 3

    Lemire's Green Arrow

all of Green Arrow Rebirth issues 1-40something

    Your Name

    52 weeks

Wonder Woman War of the Gods

    Wonder Woman Greatest Victories

    Snyder's The Wake

and, I haven't picked them up yet, but there is:

vols. 1-4 of All New Wolverine

Batman Who Laughs when it comes out in trade

I am drowning in great comics. It's a nice problem to have.

Ha ha. I hear ya. That Jeff Lemire Green Arrow is amazing. I still need to read Sheriff of Babylon. But I am telling you. The Vision is a work of pure magic. I read it all in like 3 sittings. It's hard to put down.
