Ira Yarbrough

He joined Joe Shuster's 'Superman' team in early 1943. There, he worked on Shuster's pages as well as his own. Unlike the other artists in the studio, Yarbrough's style was very comical. He was the first to draw the character of Mr. Mxyztplk in the comic.
