The Ballad of Doctor Richardson

Paul POPE's THE BALLAD OF DR. RICHARDSON is not unlike Martin Scorsese's film AFTER HOURS. It is the story of twelve hours in the life of a repressed art history teacher, DR. RICHARDSON, who has fallen in love with a former student after a chance meeting in the subway. He searches for her through a strange underworld of music clubs and strange characters and, in the process, learns various truths about himself.
