Eek! the Cat

One of the earliest successes on Saturday morning TV for the then-fledgling FOX network. It concerns the adventures of a wisecracking housecat, similar in vein to other cartoon kitties including Garfield and Heathcliff. The comic book was significantly less successful for despite being published by Hamilton (better known for their ongoing publishing of the various Disney titles such as Uncle Scrooge and Walt Disney’s Comics and Stories), barely saw distribution, and only lasted three issues.
