Steve reminisces about his origin. Meanwhile Mr. Hyde is busted out of prison by Batroc. The two of them hijack a Roxxon tanker carrying liquid oxygen, luring Captain America to them. They manage to catch Captain America, beat him up and chain him to the front of the tanker. Will Cap get away before the tanker rams into the docks of New York?
