A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Origin of Bulletman!", featuring the titled hero, Bulletman:  Scientific criminologist Jim Barr discovers a germ-destroying serum which transforms him into a hard-muscled steel-strong giant, and builds up his brain, then he develops an artificial-gravity helmet, and then puts on some jodhpurs and adopts the secret identity of Bulletman, the Robin Hood of Crime.  Meanwhile, Blackmask, the local super criminal, is masterminding an abduction of Jim's girlfriend's father, Sergeant Kent.
