Yoshida tells Fami about the Prophecy of Nostradamus which foresees the extinction of all humanity in July 1999.

Public Safety made 30 convicts make contracts with the Future Devil in exchange for their freedom. With the contracts they received knowledge about their deaths and 23 of the 30 confirmed they would die in July 1999.

Yoshida shared that Public Safety believes that Fami is involved with this global threat. She responds that the other 7 convicts will die this week and that 40 seconds ago a Primal Fear appeared in the East District’s Tamano Apartments.
