Ru'tuh-baga

Ru'tuh-baga was a military captain of the Empyre who led an invasion fleet of the Cotati to the desolate island of Genosha, in order to use it as a base for invasion of Wakanda which had resisted their attacks. As he started informing his superior about the soil being rich for plant growth and him growing roots, he was berated as being dumb before being told to report on the progress of the mission. After informing him about the strike teams being well-placed to attack Wakanda and the soil also being rich with a strange ore, which the science minister Qqoi told them was vibranium.

Learning of the Wakandans intelligence, he asked if they should be worried, before being told that by his superior that they should never fear animals. Ru'tuh-baga had also captured a native and brought him to his superiors for being interrogated, learning that everyone on the island was a mutant. The mutant told everyone that he was Explodey Boy, before proceeding to demonstrate his powers by blowing himself up. The Cotati were then ambushed by a horde as he told them that they were all zombies now. Ru'tuh-baga's ultimate fate remained unclear.
