The Jessica Drew of Earth-1610 was a clone of Peter Parker created by Ben Reilly and Otto Octavius, for the use of the CIA & FBI.
Jessica Drew eventually escaped the lab and went on to build a life for herself as the crime-fighter Spider-Woman.
Jessica later joined the Ultimates, and later served as a mentor for the All-New Ultimates; a team including Spider-Man (Miles Morales) and Bombshell.
