Frank Einstein is the snappiest hero around. His body was found by a police officer, then resurrected by Dr. Egon Boiffard. Having no memory, Dr. Boiffard named him after Frank Sinatra and Albert Einstein. Frank gained the superhero name Madman later while chasing villains through a circus.
