Amanda McKee is a powerful Psiot with control of technology, known as Livewire. She was an important member of the Harbinger Foundation, but lost faith in Toyo Harada and his methods. She has been involved in many groups saving Earth from external and internal forces. Trying to protect young psiots she made an enemy of the US government, and became an outlaw.
