History
Having been born blind, Devo's cybernetic implants allow him to see in the infrared and ultraviolet spectra. Devo is one of the main directors of Orchis. He ordered Alia Gregor to continue further insight on expanding the organization after the Cyclops and his squadron destroyed Mother Mold.
