Jasper Sitwell was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and was top of his class at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy. He eventually became assistant to S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Nick Fury. Sitwell was one of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who was replaced by LMDs and brainwashed by Hydra.
Sitwell was killed, but later returned as an undead zombie. He was able to keep at least some of his own personality, though, and joined the newly re-made Howling Commandos.
