Clarence Ward

Clarence Ward's company was a competitor to Stark Industries. After failing to get a business deal with Tony Stark, Ward sold his weapons to the Iraqis. This plot was exposed by Iron Man, who destroyed the weapons cache while Ward was inside. However, Ward disappeared, his whereabouts unknown. Ward came back to get revenge on Tony, posing as Iron Man in an attempt to ruin Tony's reputation, career, and life.
