A former U.S. Marine who returned from the dead under the influence of the Jaguar Spirit that had attacked him and his men earlier in his life. The Jaguar Spirit eventually drove Daimio to abandon the B.P.R.D. in fear of his own actions while under it's command. Killed in battle with the Wendigo.
