The Master of Padawan Farzala Tarabal, Obratuk was an experienced diplomat, and was thus sent on a mission to negotiate with the Hutts on Nal Hutta. However, Obratuk fell into a Parwan seasonal hibernation just before arriving at Bilbousa, forcing Tarabal to attempt to lead the negotiations.
Glii's Parwan physiology allowed him to make use of multiple lightsabers, each of which he had created in honor of the Padawans he had trained over his millennium-long lifetime.
