'Dark' Conrad Constantine (mid-1800s) was an 19th Century black magic practitioner & pirate, and an ancestor of John Constantine.
Once a baronet (a minor English noble), he was stripped of his titles after a scandal involving a murder during one of his black magic rituals. He then became a infamous pirate 'Dark Conrad' & was known for his brutal demonic rituals and sacrifices.
