Gallous the Goat is a pirate, broker for the Mantamen, and protégé of the infamous Scourge of the Seas and super-villain, Black Manta.

Although she has no super powers, Gallous was mentored by Black Manta and was taught to be a skilled fighter and combatant. She also retains a keen intellect, able to run the Mantamen's clandestine business operations as a broker and has knowledge on other civilizations, including Atlantean-related civilizations.
