Gorgon

Following the rise and fall of Hydra in America, Arnim Zola turned his attention to Otto Octavius, whom he revamped into the Superior Octopus right before Hydra's rising. Zola ambushed the Octopus in the latter's hideout claiming the Octopus belonged to Hydra. One of Zola's agents during this ambush was a clone of the Gorgon created by Zola himself, similarly to a Life-Model Decoy. Zola mentioned that his clone of the Gorgon did not have a personality by his own, being only a loyal Hydra goon with skills and intelligence far below than the original Gorgon. However, the clone was seemingly successful in turning Octavius into stone and killing him. Zola's plans turned awry after Octavius transferred his conscience to a cloned body and killed the Gorgon's clone.
