Bryan Haly is the son of Haly's Circus' former owner C.C. Haly. He left the circus to become a hit man.

After leaving the circus, Bryan became a hit man, wanted by several international groups. He used tech to strike at his target's minds, torturing them with mental images, such as the death of his parents when Nightwing confronted him.
