Albert Moon Sr. is the husband of Nari Moon, and the father of Albert Moon Jr. and Cindy Moon, the heroine known as Silk.

Unlike his wife, Nari, Albert Moon was supportive of his daughter Cindy's secret relation with Hector Cervantez. He even informed him of Cindy being at a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation. When Cindy developed super-powers, he allowed Ezekiel Sims to take his daughter away.
