Oroku Saki was a high-ranking member of the Foot Clan in feudal Japan, and the reincarnation of Takeshi Tatsuo, the Dragon Warrior. He had Hamato Yoshi killed, along with his wife, and 4 sons. Centuries later, Saki was resurrected by Kitsune, and he once again took up his mantle as leader of the Foot clan. This time he ruled as the Shredder, continuing the Foot as a fully criminal organization.
