Donatello (IDW)

Donatello is the Turtle that is commonly accepted to be the smartest of the group, specifically in matters related to scientific pursuits and technology. He is an accomplished inventor who is able to develop advanced devices with minimal resources, which he devotes to helping himself and his brothers. In most incarnations, he wears a purple bandana and wields a Bō staff.
