Johnny Storm's early history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's with the one big exception being that he never traveled on the Marvel-1 and gained superpowers from exposure to cosmic rays. Instead, he eventually became a member of the Nova Corps and reached the rank of Centurion, as well as becoming a Supernova.

He was approached by Majestrix Lilandra when escaping her brother Emperor D'ken and regained her throne. Lilandra had the idea of asking for the help of the Starjammers. Johnny approached the Starjammers under the guise of commandeering their ship in order to transport some sort of object. This led to a fight between Johnny and the Starjammers, which was broken up by the Shi'ar Imperial Fleet, who were hunting Johnny for helping Lilandra. Johnny and the Starjammers escaped but were still at each others' throats until Lilandra emerged from the object Johnny had brought with him and explained things to the Starjammers. Lilandra then expressed her desire to get her throne back using the power of the Phoenix Force. What became of this plan is unrevealed.
The Supernovas were wiped out by Doctor Spectrum as part of his mission to bring law and order to outer space in the name of the United States. It's unrevealed what became of Johnny Storm.
