Garguax

He first came to Earth in order to develop and test his highly advance weaponry. Garguax claimed that he had been banished from his home planet and that he intended to use his weapons to conquer it. After his first defeat by the Doom Patrol, Garguax joined the Brotherhood of Evil and has repeatedly fought the Doom Patrol.

Garguax's claims were later proven false when it was revealed that he was an agent of Zarox-13, the ruler of Garguax's planet, and he betrayed the Brotherhood of Evil after Zarox-13 arrived to Earth to conquer the planet. This led to the Doom Patrol and the Brotherhood working together to defeat Zarox-13 and foil Garguax's plan to destroy Earth.

During the Alliance invasion, Garguax attempted to join the Alliance only to be rejected. Feeling slighted, Garguax reluctantly joined forces with the Doom Patrol in defending Earth, but only so he could later take the planet for himself. After the end of the invasion, Garguax immediately resumed trying to destroy the Doom Patrol. However, The Chief called in a favor from the United States President to fire a laser satellite at Garguax's ship, which completely obliterated Garguax.
