The estranged daughter of the legendary assassin Deathstroke (Slade Wilson), Rose Wilson followed in her father's footsteps and became the mercenary known as Ravager. At some point she met and fell in love with Red Hood (Jason Todd), a lethal vigilante and estranged surrogate son of the Batman who fought crime in Gotham City. Wilson and Todd began working for the Magistrate, a para-militaristic faction that sought the eradication of mask wearers in Gotham. As Mask Hunters, Ravager and Red Hood became known as "Dead or Alive" as Rose tended to execute her targets whereas Jason apprehended them.
