Kate Kildare was the president of Hestia Public Relations. She handled public relations for the Order, and dealt with issues like Rebecca Ryan's leaked sex tape.
Kate was subsequently hired by Iceman to manage public relations for the X-Men. At some point during the Avengers/X-Men conflict, Mister Sinister created a para-personality in Kate's appearance in order to survive the Phoenix Five. Using this new body, Sinister killed Kate.
