Harold Jordan was the Power Ring, wielder of the powerful Ring of Volthoom. The Ring of Volthoom fed off of Hal's fear and terror, as he was the most cowardly man in his native universe of Earth 3. He was a member of the Crime Syndicate, an evil version of the Justice League, and was the evil counterpart of the Green Lantern.
