The CW's Arrow TV Series Heading To Wednesdays?

Tomorrow morning, cable television network, The CW, is expected to reveal their plans for the Fall season during their "Upfront" conference call. As part of their endeavor to 'retool' their line-up following a ratings slump, USA Today believes the network will be announcing that the Green Arrow TV series, Arrow, will take the 8PM time slot on Wednesdays before Supernatural.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen / Green Arrow, Colin Donnell as Tommy Merlyn, Susanna Thompson as Moira Queen, Katie Cassidy as Dinah "Laurel" Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, and many others.
