Kotobukiya to Re-release ArtFX Batman Statue in July

In a surprise reveal, Japanese toy and collectible manufacturer, Kotobukiya, has announced they'll be re-releasing their classic ArtFX Batman statue this Summer.

Back when the Kotobukiya ArtFX Batman statue was initially released, it was based on the Dark Knight's appearance in 2002's Batman: Hush from comic book artist Jim Lee. With the return of the statue, Kotobukiya plans to recolor it black and gray, bringing it closer to Batman's costume pre-New 52. They say they'll even be making some minor adjustments to Kouei Matsumoto's original sculpt to modernize the 1/6th scale statue.
