Great dialogue and great story, but it feels really disorganized because of all the jumping around
-
Each plotline proceeds smoothly, allowing the big picture of the story arc to come into focus. Batwoman has become an incredibly dependable title for getting a balanced dose of action, character work, intrigue, and the supernatural.
-
Even if you’re a big fan of Batwoman, I would suggest waiting for the trade. Maybe then this will all make sense and not be such a chore to read.
-
If the collaboration between Reeder and her writers, W. Haden Blackman and J.H. Williams III continues the way it has, this title's plot points should be hurtling along at breakneck speed when Reeder's first turn on Batwoman ends.

I once couldn’t get enough of this title. I gushed that it was a game-changer. The most unique book out there! I can’t say that anymore. I was disappointed last issue and I am again.
-
It’s hard to be so critical on a book that has been fantastic since Issue #1, but Batwoman #8 really falls short of its predecessors.
