I thought this issue was a great beginning for the series and the team. The battle with Darkseid was also great and should not be missed. If you are not reading this series this is a perfect place to start reading.

Quite a lot of fun was had with all of this and the artwork was very impressive.

This book has not been one of my favorites thus far, and while that is disappointing, it isn’t surprising. The Justice League, for such a great concept, are notoriously flawed books, with very few runs ever living up to their potential.

"Justice League" #6 has been half a year in the making, but the payoff isn't quite what you would expect for such a tale. It's a decent enough issue but it doesn't bring a great big "Wow!" factor unless you're a fan of Cyborg.

Unfortunately, the end product feels pretty slapdash and anticlimactic, with humor that lands with a thud, a grunt or a shrug. So there's your Justice League.

The League fighting Darkseid was just really good stuff all around, Aquaman got a moment, Cyborg got a few, Superman got a few epic looking scenes. It’s what it should have been...
